Family Resource Centre
The services which we provide are designed specifically for families raising children in the early years (prenatal-age 5). Everything we offer to you is free of charge. Our physical space has been developed to be a sensory rich, inviting play experience for both you and your child to enjoy together.
Program Highlights for the month of April.
Prenatal Class - New Program**
Register for this unique 4 week class. You will get to ask questions, a chance to discuss your pregnancy, tips, lots of support.
Baby and Me Yoga
Enjoying breathing, stretching, and bonding with your baby. A chance to relax and do some self care too. Wednesdays at 1:15. Registration is required.

Maternal Public Health
Drop-in every Thursday morning from 10am -12pm for a visit/check up with maternal visiting registered nurses.
Toddler Yoga
What to do after baby and me Yoga? Come try toddler yoga! Wednesdays at 11:30. It is lead by our amazing Laurie! Great for all ages. Register early to get your spot.
Safari Literacy Event
Join us and the Prince Albert Literacy Network for a extra fun event for the whole family. Thursday, April 25th, 5:00-6:30

Curiosity Hour
Join us for some science and sensory fun. This is a drop-in program for children aged 3-5 with their caregivers. April 11th and 18th 4:30-6:00pm.

Baby Breakthroughs
A fun interactive play time between parent and babies 0-1 year. Parents will have the opportunity to meet others in our community. We will have songs,visiting professionals, infant massage, sensory activities and simple crafts for your little one, to aid them in reaching their developmental milestones.

Baby Wearing Dance
Learn how to Latin Dance with you baby strapped on to you! Fun and fitness all rolled into one! Tuesday afternoons at 2:30 with Estelle! Register early to save your spot!
Dental Check Day
Drop-in to get your children's teeth/gums checked and/or a fluoride Varnish treatment. Thursday April 11th from 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Child Immunization Clinic
Book your appointment with Public Health if you child is due for their vaccination. Booked appointments will be held here Thursdays from 3:00pm-6:00pm.
