Family Resource Centre

 

Our services are created with families in mind, supporting you through the early years of raising children (from prenatal to age 5). Everything we offer is completely free, because we believe every family deserves access to support and community. Our centre is a welcoming, sensory-rich space where you and your child can play, explore, and learn together.

Maternal Public Health Nurse Drop In(41).png

Maternal Visiting

Drop-in every Thursday between 10am -12pm for a visit/check up with maternal visiting registered nurses.

Baby and Me Yoga

Enjoying breathing, stretching, and bonding with your baby. A chance to relax and do some self care too. Wednesdays at 1:45.  Please register for this program.

Friday, December 5  9:30 AM – 12 PM
No appointment needed! Bring your little ones for a free dental check-up, including fluoride treatment and varnish, to keep their smiles healthy and bright.
