Family Resource Centre
The services which we provide are designed specifically for families raising children in the early years (prenatal-age 5). Everything we offer to you is free of charge. Our physical space has been developed to be a sensory rich, inviting play experience for both you and your child to enjoy together.

Drop-in every Thursday morning from 10am -12pm for a visit/check up with maternal visiting registered nurses.

Enjoying breathing, stretching, and bonding with your baby. A chance to relax and do some self care too. Wednesdays at 1:30. Registration is required.

Science time for 3-5 year olds with their family. Enjoy a time to explore science with your kiddo. Drop-in Thursdays anytime between 4:30 and 6:00 and join the learning through fun.
