Our services are thoughtfully created to support families from prenatal to age 5. Everything we offer is free, because we believe all families deserve support, connection, and community. Our Centre provides a welcoming, sensory-rich environment where you and your child can play, explore, and learn side by side.

Child Health Clinic
Every Tuesday! Stop by every Tuesday from 9:30 AM–3:00 PM to connect with a public health nurse! Get support with your child’s growth and development, immunizations, and any parenting questions you may have.
Our nurses can also help with referrals, nutrition tips, and developmental milestones—all to help your little one thrive!

Baby and Me Yoga
Enjoying breathing, stretching, and bonding with your baby. A chance to relax and do some self care too. Wednesdays at 1:45. Please register for this program. No Class March 18

Community Helpers Visit

We are excited to welcome Prince Albert Police Service, Prince Albert Fire Department, and Parkland Ambulance for a special Community Helpers visit!
This is a wonderful opportunity for children and families to meet the people who help keep our community safe.
Visits like this help build familiarity, reduce fear, and encourage curiosity while strengthening children’s understanding of the world around them.

ASQ Day
Tuesday, March 24 | 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
ASQ Day provides families with the opportunity to complete the Ages & Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) in a supportive and welcoming environment. The ASQ is a simple developmental screening tool that offers insight into your child’s communication, motor, problem-solving, and social skills.
ECIP Staff are available to answer questions, celebrate milestones, and provide information about community resources if needed. This is a positive way to check in on your child’s development and feel confident about their growth.

March 18, 25, and 31 | 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Run by University of Saskatchewan Nursing students, the Teddy Bear Clinic offers children the chance to bring their favourite stuffed friend for a gentle “check-up.” This playful experience helps children become more comfortable with healthcare settings in a positive and engaging way.

Wiggle Time is a high-energy movement session filled with music, dancing, and playful activity. Physical movement supports coordination, self-regulation, and overall development. Caregivers are encouraged to join in and move alongside their children.
