Our services are thoughtfully created to support families from prenatal to age 5. Everything we offer is free, because we believe all families deserve support, connection, and community. Our Centre provides a welcoming, sensory-rich environment where you and your child can play, explore, and learn side by side.

Child Health Clinic

Every Tuesday! Stop by every Tuesday from 9:30 AM–3:00 PM to connect with a public health nurse! Get support with your child’s growth and development, immunizations, and any parenting questions you may have.

Our nurses can also help with referrals, nutrition tips, and developmental milestones—all to help your little one thrive!

Baby and Me Yoga

Enjoying breathing, stretching, and bonding with your baby. A chance to relax and do some self care too. Wednesdays at 1:45.  Please register for this program.

Tuesdays at 5:30, come visit, stretch, and relax with other mama’s and mama’s to be. Please register for this program.

Baby Breakthroughs

Come join us! Baby Breakthroughs is designed to support your baby’s growth with engaging guest speakers, hands-on activities, and opportunities to connect with other parents. Share in the joys—and challenges—of early parenting in a welcoming space.

Ideal for babies 0–15 months. Come learn, bond, and grow together—one breakthrough at a time! Drop-in!

Drop-in Infant Feeding and Support Clinic

Thursdays between 9:30 - 3:00

Drop in for support, connection, and answers to your parenting and feeding questions. Infant weight checks, feeding support, starting solids, maternal mental health support, and more. Everyone is welcome.

Little Learners Literacy Camp

Join us for our Little Learners Literacy Camp every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. This fun, welcoming program is designed for young children and their caregivers to enjoy stories, songs, games, and early learning activities together.

Each session includes a free family lunch, hands-on literacy activities, and a take-home activity bag to continue the learning at home.

Registration is required for each session.

Story Stroll

Story Stroll at Little Red

Join us on Monday, July 13 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. for a Story Stroll at Little Red! Enjoy a family-friendly walk, a great story, and fun crafts and activities.

In the event of poor weather, the Story Stroll will be cancelled and the Family Resource Centre will be open for regular drop-in hours.

Join us every Fridays at 9:30 AM for Breakfast and Books — a cozy morning filled with tasty breakfast treats and engaging storytime! Perfect for little ones and caregivers to share special moments, spark a love of reading, and build early literacy skills in a warm, welcoming space.
