The services which we provide are designed specifically for families raising children in the early years (prenatal-age 5). Everything we offer to you is free of charge. Our physical space has been developed to be a sensory rich, inviting play experience for both you and your child to enjoy together.

Speech and Language Pathologist Taryn Moe
Got questions about your little ones speech, language, or communication? Come join us on April 15th at 10:30 for your chance to ask questions and get information regarding speech from Taryn. She will be set up on the main floor, inviting parents to come and chat with her!

Baby and Me Yoga
Enjoying breathing, stretching, and bonding with your baby. A chance to relax and do some self care too. Wednesdays at 1:15. Registration is required.

Flouride&Varnish Day
Drop-in and get your child's teeth and gums checked on April 11th between 1-4pm. April is oral health month and we are bringing in a dental hygenist to help us keep our kids teeth happy and healthy. No appointment needed. Here to answer all questions too!

Come join us and Prince Albert Literacy Network for a fun interactive story time followed by free play. This is a drop-in program with no pre-registration required!

French for Tots - ages 2-5
La Francisation avec les tout petits
We are excited to offer a French program for little ones. A chance to sing, read stories, and have an introduction to French. This is a drop-in program.

Baby Breakthroughs for 0 - 12 months
This program is set up as a basic overview for parents to check where their baby is at with their developmental milestones. Get tips and a chance to learn play strategies to help enhance their skills as they grow. Join the fun learning, creating memories, and meeting some new parents. Drop-in program.

Come join Katie at the PAFRC if you are wanting to learn more about breastfeeding, have any questions, or would like some support. Everyone is welcome!

Maternal Public Health
Drop-in every Thursday morning from 9:30am -11:30am for a visit/check up with maternal visiting registered nurses.

Toddler Breakthroughs
For parents/caregivers with toddlers aged 12-24 months! A chance to check in on your toddlers development, learn so new sensory play ideas, and meet new parents.

Register your 3--5 year old for this opportunity to join facilitated Lego play. Your preschooler will benefit in communication, listening, turn taking, and so much more. Register on a weekly basis. Space is limited.
