Family Resource Centre

The services which we provide are designed specifically for families raising children in the early years (prenatal-age 5). Everything we offer to you is free of charge. Our physical space has been developed to be a sensory rich, inviting play experience for both you and your child to enjoy together.

Program Highlights for the month of September.

Maternal Public Health

Drop-in every Thursday morning from 10am -12pm for a visit/check up with maternal visiting registered nurses.

Baby and Me Yoga

Enjoying breathing, stretching, and bonding with your baby. A chance to relax and do some self care too. Wednesdays at 1:30. Registration is required.

Prenatal Yoga

Wednesdays at 5:30, come visit, stretch, and relax with other mama’s and mama’s to be. Register at www.pafrc.ca

Music For Tots

Come join Billie-Jean in a fun music program for you and your preschooler. Singing, rhythm, games and more! Tuesdays at 10:30. Register early to save your spot!

Baby Breakthroughs

Are you a caregiver with a babe between 0-12 months? Come Join us on Tuesday afternoons at 1:00 to visit, meet guest speakers, learn about your baby's development, crafts, sensory play, and so much more!

Wiggle Time

Wiggle Time is a music and movement program for babies and children with their caregiver. Children and grown-ups will sing, dance and have fun moving together! Saturdays at 10:30

StoryTime

Come have fun with the Prince Albert Literacy Network! Story Sacks, crafts, treats, and a book to take home. Wednesdays at 10:30

Prenatal Coffee Chat (decaf or tea)

Calling all soon to be mama's!! Come meet other soon to be mama's, get support, ask questions in a safe environment. Thursdays in September at 5:45.Register at www.pafrc.ca

Art in the Park

Join us for a story walk and then create your own piece of art at Kinsmen Park. This event is put on by Prince Albert ECIP and the Early Years Family Resource Centre. Wednesday September 18th 11am - 2pm.

Vaccination Clinic/ Child Health Clinic

Public Health: Child Health Immunization Clinics at the Early Years Family Resource Centre.
Includes a head-to-toe nursing assessment of child,education to parent/ caregiver, immunization
information and immunizations.
