Our services are thoughtfully created to support families from prenatal to age 5. Everything we offer is free, because we believe all families deserve support, connection, and community. Our Centre provides a welcoming, sensory-rich environment where you and your child can play, explore, and learn side by side.

Child Health Clinic

Every Tuesday! Stop by every Tuesday from 9:30 AM–3:00 PM to connect with a public health nurse! Get support with your child’s growth and development, immunizations, and any parenting questions you may have.

Our nurses can also help with referrals, nutrition tips, and developmental milestones—all to help your little one thrive!

Enjoying breathing, stretching, and bonding with your baby. A chance to relax and do some self care too. Wednesdays at 1:45.  Please register for this program.

Dental Check Day

No appointment needed! Bring your little ones for a free dental check-up, including fluoride treatment and varnish, to keep their smiles healthy and bright.

Come join us! Baby Breakthroughs is designed to support your baby’s growth with engaging guest speakers, hands-on activities, and opportunities to connect with other parents. Share in the joys—and challenges—of early parenting in a welcoming space.

Ideal for babies 0–15 months. Come learn, bond, and grow together—one breakthrough at a time! Drop-in!

Thursdays between 9:30 - 3:00

Drop in for support, connection, and answers to your parenting and feeding questions. Infant weight checks, feeding support, starting solids, maternal mental health support, and more. Everyone is welcome.
